Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Streamlytes services.

Monthly retainers

Retainers are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel with the notice period stated in your agreement (typically 30 days). Fees for a month that has started are not refundable, because work and planning for that month has already begun.

Project work

Projects such as website builds and audits are billed in milestones. If a project is cancelled, you pay for the milestones completed and work in progress up to the cancellation date. Any advance paid for work not yet started is refunded.

Advertising spend

Ad spend is paid directly to the advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn and others) and is subject to their own billing terms. We cannot refund ad spend.

How to request a refund

Email us from your registered email address with your invoice number and reason. We respond within five working days, and approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
